    Why do I have to pay in advance?

    We require payment in advance to secure your appointment and to cover the cost of any services provided. This ensures that we can dedicate the necessary resources and time to your care. Paying in advance also helps us reduce administrative costs, allowing us to offer the highest level of service to our patients. If you have dental insurance, we’ll file claims on your behalf, and any eligible reimbursements will be handled according to your policy.

    Will I get my money back in the event of a cancellation?

    If you need to cancel your appointment, we require at least a 24-hour notice. Cancellations made with proper notice may be eligible for a refund or can be applied as a credit toward future services. However, if the cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee may apply, and your pre-payment may be forfeited. Please contact our office directly to discuss your specific situation.

    How do you handle billing for dental insurance?

    We file insurance claims on your behalf and accept assignment of benefits for most insurance plans. However, any unpaid balances, such as deductibles, co-pays, or services not covered by your insurance, are your responsibility. You are required to pay these balances at the time of service. We recommend reviewing your insurance plan to understand your coverage fully, and our team is happy to assist with any questions.

    What happens if I miss my appointment?

    If you miss an appointment without providing a 24-hour notice, a missed appointment fee may be charged, and you may forfeit any advance payments made for that appointment. We value your time and ours, so we encourage you to notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
